Joy Adams – My Time To Shine (MP3)
$1.65
‘MY TIME TO SHINE’ is the latest song from NZ Country Singer/Songwriter – Joy Adams
After a long period of illness dealing with a rare cancer diagnosis, losing her voice and enduring surgery to help restore her vocal chords, she’s finally back stronger than ever.
The song is quite personal but has a powerful message to anyone dealing with life’s challenges. This song offers hope when you are at your lowest point and it seems to be resonating with people.
“I remember looking in the mirror not long after I had my cancer surgery in January 2025 and this lyric popped into my mind. I’m proud to be the woman looking back at me”. I am my Father’s daughter and I’m made from strong stuff. I’ve got this and it’s My Time To Shine.
Joy enlisted Gary R Farmer from Flintstone, GA to create the instrumentation for her song and he’s also added harmonies, mixed and mastered everything.
Additional Steel, Mandolin and Banjo were added by Mike Headrick from Tennessee.
