‘They Don’t Flick The Finger In The Outback Anymore’ is the latest release from CMAA Golden Guitar winner Brendan Radford. Brendan’s recent single releases ‘EJ’ and ‘Start All Over Again’ have achieved top ten chart success and the single ‘Snow’ from his previous album is a staple on country music playlists.
A respected Australian singer/songwriter, multi-instrumentalist and music producer, Brendan writes and performs his own music and continues to tour with a who’s who of the country’s leading artists. He has played on countless award-winning recordings and has received multiple awards and award nominations over many years.
Brendan was a Golden Guitar winner at the 2025 Country Music Awards of Australia (CMAA) for Instrumental of the Year and has been nominated across many categories in previous years. He was voted Musician of the Year at the 2022 awards, has been the Musical Director of the CMAA house band for over 10 years and is a three times Australian National Bluegrass Guitar Champion.
