John Oakes – Australia (MP3)

‘Australia’ is a sentimental new single from Australian singer songwriter John Oakes making a departure from his usual storytelling style of songwriting. It reflects on the love of his country with its vast landscape, multicultural history and enduring democratic system of government. It is truly a unique island continent that is poised to reach even greater potential for all of its children in years to come. Lovingly recorded & produced by John Oakes at his Adelaide based music studio, built on warm vocals and layered acoustic guitar textures it showcases a patriotic side to his unique sound.
