Where I live on a property north of Cairns, frogs are everywhere. Sometimes you can see a beautiful green frog resting on a palm leaf, but for the most part, you hear them – and they can make a real din.
This is a joyous little instrumental inspired by the froggies with a nod of the hat to the composer Offenbach at the end (and in the title). You might hear a few ribbits and hops in the tune. But despite the classical reference, it’s definitely country all the way.
It has a very radio friendly duration of 2 minute 25 seconds.
